Terms and Conditions
Please read the below before booking your sessions
Cancellation Policy: Any 1-2-1 session cancellation without prior notice of 48 hours will be charged at the full rate.
Expiry: Bookings for 1-2-1 courses must be used within a six-month period. Bookings or 3 sessions must be used in a 3-month period.
Starter Pack: For new clients, your starter pack of 3 1-2-1 sessions is non-refundable. This is a commitment to the 3 hours training, and cancellations cause scheduling issues.
Group Classes: On booking you will receive an invoice. Upon payment, the course details will be released to you. Classes are non-refundable and attendance is at the client's discretion.
Missed sessions due to illness or holiday cannot be replaced.
Please do not bring in season bitches for training.

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled if needs be. Please make sure to wear appropriate clothing, wellies are the best for the field as the grass can be long in places. A waterproof coat and hat will be a must if there are showers. Come prepared to get the most out of your session.
2. The field is partially fenced, and we have taken measures to make it as safe as possible but sessions in the training field are at your own risk. If you are worried about your dog a long line will be provided for you.

3. You must clean up after your dog if they toilet in the field so please bring poo bags.
4. Water will be provided on site but please feel free to bring your own water if your dog is fussy.
